Leaping split lunge
Step 1: Stand in a split stance with your right leg forward and left leg back. Lower into a lunge position, keeping the knees in line with your toes and chest lifted. Arms are down by your sides. Step 2: Swing your arms back as you leap into the air, switching legs with power as you push off the floor. Land lightly to absorb the momentum. Step 3: Repeat the leap, alternating legs.
