In 2008 Trevor was injured after he was stuck by a tuck on his bike, suffering a major head trauma and was rehabilitated at Miller Children's Hospital Long Beach. The special voyage hosted by the United States Sailing Center, for Patients from Miller ChildrenÕs Hospital Long Beach ages 8 to15, who endure various disabilities, including spina bifida, traumatic brain injury, cardiovascular trauma, and pulmonary issues. Jim MacLeod, program development director for the United States Sailing Center designed the day especially for Miller ChildrenÕs patients, who will embarked on a two-hour sail with a parent or companions June 29, 2010.
